70/366 [Fridge magnet]

Given to me by a friend when my brother died suddenly. For various reasons today was filled with reflections on grief, the passing of time and how my heart has found, perhaps not peace, but acceptance. I love this quote from Robert Fulghum (who might have been quoting Einstein, I think):

“I believe that imagination is stronger than knowledge, that myth is more potent than history, that dreams are more powerful than facts, that hope always triumphs over experience, that laughter is the only cure for grief. And I believe that love is stronger than death. ”

So true for me.
