39/2012 {With a slow shutter speed}

One night as Dick lay fast asleep,
Into his drowsy eyes
A great still light began to creep
From out the silent skies.
It was the lovely moon’s, for when
He raised his dreamy head,
Her surge of silver filled the pane
And streamed across his bed.
So, for a while, each gazed at each-
Dick and the solemn moon-
Till, climbing slowly on her way,
She vanished, and was gone.

  1. I’m beginning to think we should go on some sort of dorky Take Pictures of stuff day. I only seem to take pictures of three subjects and mastering the art of a face shot is well and good, but I have a feeling there is much more I could be doing with my camera.

    • I think that would be quite a lovely excursion. I can photograph the three subjects you favour and you can practice your landscape shots. Win-win!
